that prying eyes are judging
as i write im guilty
as i create im guilty
if i cry im pathetic
shunned into a speedy recovery

people are looking at me
silence is agony
say what you will
i am normal
i can smile if i want
even when i stare death in the face
i can laugh

do what ye will
but not here
recover but not to slow
recover but not with haste
time is no healer
a week too short
a day too long
